Built to represent the owner from the ground up
Tarraco was founded on a simple observation. After more than 14 years building luxury developments in Australia, our founder saw the same pattern repeat on project after project.
The owner, the person with the most at stake, was the one person in the room without anyone to represent them. Architects protected the design. Contractors protected their margin. Everyone had an advocate except the person paying for it all.
Tarraco Haus Project Management exists to close that gap. We are a private client-side project management firm based in the UAE, representing owners on luxury residential and bespoke projects across the region and internationally.
We bring Australian luxury build standards together with local UAE delivery, coordinating every consultant, contractor, and supplier so your vision stays at the center of every decision.
We take on a small number of projects at a time, and every one is led personally by our founder. This is a deliberate choice. Luxury projects reward close attention and suffer without it, so we stay selective, hands-on, and accountable to one person only. You.

Tarraco project
Tarraco is founded and led by Elie Tarraf. Elie brings over 14 years of luxury residential construction experience, built delivering high-end projects in Australia. Having spent his career on the construction side, he understands exactly how luxury projects are won or lost in the detail, and how easily an owner's interests slip through the cracks when no one is there to protect them.
That experience is the reason Tarraco represents owners the way it does. Elie has stood on the other side of the table. He knows where budgets drift, where quality gets compromised, and where the right questions need to be asked before a decision becomes an expensive mistake. Owners now have that knowledge working entirely in their favour.
Every Tarraco engagement is run by Elie personally, from the first brief to the final walkthrough. Your project is never passed to junior staff or filtered through account managers. When a decision needs to be made, you are speaking with the person who has delivered luxury projects at this level, on your side, and accountable to you alone.
